Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a Single Pot Still whiskey created to honour Master Distiller emeritus, Barry Crockett, who prevented the extinction of this unique style of Single Pot Still Irish whiskey. This whiskey has tasting notes of light pepper which carries on to fresh citrus, limes and mandarin orange sweetness. It also has a hint of cinnamon with vanilla and oak. It is characterised by elegant and fragrant distillates and the exclusive use of American oak barrels, both bourbon seasoned and virgin oak, in its maturation.
