Yellow Spot: While Green Spot is often described as tasting like green apples, Yellow Spot is more in character with juicy red apples. Sophisticated and complex in character, the inclusion of full term matured whiskey from ex Malaga casks contributes exotic characteristics to the whiskey.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still: Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.

Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Cask Strength: Winner of 'Irish Whiskey of the Year 2013', this is the statndard Redbreast 12 Year old only more. Most of the maturation is done in sherry casks but with careful selection so that the sherry character does not overpower the whiskey. The pot still content really shines through which explains why it has been winning so many awards. 

Redbreast Lustau Edition Sherry Cask: A unique collaboration between the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain and the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Initially matured in traditional bourbon & sherry casks for a period of 9-12 years. It is then finished for one extra year in first fill sherry butts which have been seasoned with oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.

Jameson Pot Still: Triple distilled for a smooth and balanced taste. Jameson Pot Still  Irish Whiskey is a mellow whiskey with floral and vanilla notes, as well as sherry undertones and an exceptionally smooth finish. Jameson Original is a blend of pot still and grain whiskey, aged in both ex-bourbon and sherry casks.

Teeling Single Pot Still: Crafted using a recipe of 50% unmalted and 50% malted barley and is then matured in a combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and ex-bourbon barrels. You will get an abundance of fresh orchard fruits with a subtle hint of peppery spice on the finish.

Drumshanbo Pot Still: An elegant single pot still Irish whiskey aged primarily in Kentucky Bourbon and Sherry Oloroso casks giving a wonderful combination of creamy texture along with hints of fruit and spice.  

Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still: Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and then triple distilled in copper pot stills, Redbreast 12 boasts the flavour complexity and distinctive qualities of Pot Still whiskey. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, the distinctive Redbreast sherry style is a joy to behold in each and every bottle.

Writers Tears Single Pot Still: Originally matured in bourbon barrels, the triple-distilled, single pot still whiskey was further matured in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks from Spain and Florio Marsala Hogsheads from Sicily, before being cut to 92 proof. On the nose this whiskey delivers candied sweetness and toffee apples, while the palate features notes of pot still spice and the velvet, dessert-like qualities of PX Sherry, finishing with a light chewiness.

Writers Tears - Copper Pot: A fine whiskey, which strictly speaking is a blend but only contains pot still whiskey and malt whiskey. Unlike other blends it does not contain and grain whiskey. This has been extremely popular since it was first released.

Writers Tears - Double Oak:  Created using a combination of American Oak Bourbon barrels from Kentucky and French Oak Cognac casks to perfectly age this unique blend of Irish Single Malt and Single Pot Still Whiskey. It is triple-distilled, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. This expression is made possible by a close collaboration between the Walsh family in Ireland’s County Carlow and the Legaret family in Cognac, France.

Writers Tears - Mizunara Japanese Cask Finish: a unique blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Initially matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon casks and finished for 9 months in rare Japanese Mizunara oak giving this whiskey it’s unique characteristics of spice and Japanese incense.

The Irishman - The Harvest: Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, The Harvest is a truly unique take on traditional Irish whiskey. A single malt & single pot whiskey with a creamy, oaky creme caramel taste that is matured in American oak bourbon barrels.

The Irishman Legacy Single Malt: created to commemorate the first known record of Irish distillation, which was written in The Red Book of Ossory in 1324 here in Kilkenny. 2024 marks 700 years of an illustrious history of whiskey-making in Ireland and to mark the occasion we have partnered with The Kilkenny Whiskey Guild to create a whiskey worthy of that celebration. The Irishman Legacy is an elegant Irish Single Malt finished in Cháteauneuf-du-Pape barrels from the Cháteau La Nerthe in Avignon. On the nose this gorgeous single malt offers notes of cherry and liquorice, followed by a flavour profile of rich blackberry and a creamy long-lasting finish.

Uigeadail Islay Single Malt: Pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’, it’s a special vatting that marries Ardbeg’s traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. Ardbeg Uigeadail was voted by the 120,000+ strong Ardbeg Committee as their favourite Ardbeg.

An Oa Islay Single Malt: Ardbeg An Oa is named after the Mull of Oa in the south west of Islay, which offers the Kildaton coast (where Ardbeg distillery is situated) some protection from the worst the Atlantic has to offer! As such, An Oa is intended to show a more approachable side to Ardbeg single malt that’s as rounded as the Oa peninsular, without losing the characteristic distillery style. In the summer of 2017 this became the first addition to Ardbeg’s core range in over a decade. Maturation took place in a combination of casks including Pedro Ximénez, charred virgin oak and ex-bourbon, which were all brought together to marry in Dr. Bill Lumsden’s new ‘Gathering Vat’!

Corryvreckan Islay Single Malt: Ardbeg Corryvreckan takes its name from the famous whirlpool that lies to the north of Islay, where only the bravest souls dare to venture. Swirling aromas and torrents of deep, peaty, peppery taste lurk beneath the surface of this beautifully balanced dram. Like the whirlpool itself, Corryvreckan is not for the faint-hearted! Awarded The World’s Best Single Malt in 2010 by the World Whiskies Awards.

10 Year Old Islay Single Malt: Revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. Named World Whisky of the Year in 2008.

Dingle Original Gin: Dingle Original Gin is made in small batches of 500 litres. The secret combination of flavour elements are macerated in spirit for 24 hours. Then, when the spirit is distilled, it passes through a flavour basket in the neck of the still. This underlines the attention to detail that is an essential part of our whole approach to the art of distillation.

Glendalough Wild Botanically Gin: fresh on the nose with gorgeous spring notes. Cool and mellow on the palate with hints of summer flowers, autumn fruits and a warm spice finish.

Drumshanbo -Gunpowder:Spicy nose of juniper, Star Anise and Angelica Root with fresh lime and grapefruit in support, along with an exotic touch of Gunpower Tea. Smooth bodied with more fresh lemon, lime and grapefruit on the palate. The Gunpower Tea comes alive on the mid-palate together with the spicier botanicals. Long spicy finish with Cardamon, Orris Root and Star Anise balanced by the Gunpowder Tea and subdued fruit notes.
