Dingle Irish Gin: Made in small batches of 500 litres, the secret combination of flavour elements are macerated in spirit for 24 hours. Then, when the spirit is distilled, it passes through a flavour basket in the neck of the still. This underlines the attention to detail that is an essential part of our whole approach to the art of distillation.

Green Spot Irish Whiskey: A classic Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey comprising of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 & 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new bourbon and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin: A hand-crafted gin made at the Shed Distillery, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. Oriental Botanicals (berries and roots) and locally foraged Meadowsweet are added to a traditional medieval style still and only allowed to soak for 30 minutes max while the vapour infusion is being prepared.

Writer's Tear Copper Pot Irish Whiskey: A unique marriage of aged Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskey. Distilled entirely from barley, both malted and unmalted, this is a truly special Irish Whiskey. Writers’ Tears is triple distilled, non-peated and matured in Flame Charred American Oak bourbon casks. An award-winning whiskey that has also been included in Ian Buxton’s publication “101 Whiskeys to try before you die”.

Dunville's Three Crowns: A peaty expression from the Dunville's range, which was relaunched in 2016 after falling off the map in the 1930s. This was made with a blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys which was allowed a finishing period in peated cask to add its distinctive smokiness.

Legendary Silkie: Inspired by the tales of the mythical Silkie seals of the Donegal coast, The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey a balanced blend of double and triple distilled single malts, soft grain whiskey and a hint of peated malt. It is bottled by hand at 46% ABV and is non chill-filtered for a distinctively rich character. Although higher in ABV, The Legendary Silkie is exceptionally smooth with crisp green apple to the fore, ripe red fruits, gentle smoke and an oaky sweetness which gives way to a long lingering finish of gently warming spice.

Teeling Blackpitts: Inspired by the old ancient Blackpitts area just behind the new Teeling Whiskey Distillery in the old Liberties area of Dublin City. Blackpitts was traditionally home to some of the largest barley malting houses in Ireland. By using smoke from peat to dry the barley during the malting process, the resulting peated malt produces a distinctive smoky taste profile which is the signature of a Peated Single Malt. However, what makes Teeling Blackpitts so unique is the triple distillation process, which reduces some of the medicinal character you would get from a traditional Scottish Peated Single Malt and allows the more barbeque smoke characteristic to shine.
