A fusion of tradition and innovation, the Currach Wakame Sake Cask Edition is a Single Malt triple distilled before being aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in unique Irish seaweed charred virgin oak casks. This limited edition of only 1,450 bottles is then finished season Sake casks that adds notes of sweet rice and fruits to the sweet maritime notes provided by the seaweed casks.
