This whiskey boasts a 47% ABV with a bold, robust flavour and a distinctly nutty, malty and charred wood character. The latest addition to Paddy’s award-winning range of whiskeys; this release is triple-distilled in Midleton and matured in sherry barrels. Perfectly balanced with a smooth slightly sweet palate and a lingering finish.

TASTING NOTES


NOSE: A bold medley of vanilla, toasted oak, dried ginger, and marshmallow with a perfect balance.

PALATE: Distinct notes of American Oak with a slight sweetness and robust highlights of cereal and vanilla.

FINISH: Effortlessly drinkable without water with a smooth lingering finish.
