Two Stacks - The Blenders Cut (65% abv): a specially blended whiskey given the time and patience required for s superb, delicate balance. Two Stacks Blenders Cut is delicately sweet & spicy with a long, satisfying finish. Acquiring its rich, complex and balanced flavour by liquid drawn from carefully matured & married casks of malt, grain and pot still whiskey, Two Stacks is a truly distinctive Irish Whiskey for contemporary palettes. A 5 part blend from Virgin Oak Grain, Ex-Bourbon Grain, Ex-Oloroso Pot Still, Ex-Bourbon Double Distilled Malt and Ex-Bourbon Peated Malt.

Redbreast Cask Strength (58% abv): treated using the exact same spirit type and cask selection ratio as the classic Redbreast 12 Year Old but bottled at cask strength. Produced using a small number of casks, allowing more opportunity for the individual cask personality to make an impact on the final flavour. Notes of deep dried fruits and a touch of citrus and spices with vanilla sweetness which leads to hints of toasted oak and barley. Bottled at cask strength so each bottling will have a unique ABV but it averages around 58%.

Roe & Coe Cask Strength (59.1% abv): The 2019 Edition bottled at 59.1% is a blended Irish whiskey with a flavour profile of orchard fruit, layers of creamy vanilla and warming woody notes.
