Velvet Cap Peated Sherry Cask Single Malt from the Blackwater Distillery is a special release made with turf-dried malt and then aged in sherry casks. This combination gives this single malt a wonderfully gentle palate of peat smoke and biscuity malt balanced with a hint of Jerez. Overall, a well-balanced drop to be savoured.
